The purpose of the PERGE Privacy Policy is to provide all the information on the conditions under which PERGE collects and processes the Personal Information of each Customer and its users of the “MyPERGE” applications on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store and on its websites.
The Privacy Policy is part of the T&Cs and each term defined in the T&Cs has the same meaning in the Privacy Policy.
By accessing and using the applications published by PERGE on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, the Customer and its users undertake to respect and be bound by this Privacy Policy, which may be modified or updated at any time without notice. Any modification will be posted on the Site www.perge.com.
Under the European GDPR regulation, the Customer has the responsibility and obligations of the data controller, and PERGE has the responsibility and obligations of the data processor.
PERGE requests personal data such as name, first name, address, email and telephone from users of its applications for the use of these applications.
PERGE will never collect or process sensitive Personal Data within the meaning of regulations, concerning for example racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, health, etc.
PERGE does not collect or process any banking data. The Apple App Store or the Google Play Store has chosen not to share certain data with mobile applications, including transaction data. This data is exclusively collected and processed by this platform, without the will of PERGE being able to modify this payment method.

However, you can request the deletion of your account by completing the contact form (https://www.perge.com/contact) by specifying the subject of your request.
Your account will be deleted. Only the configuration and measurement data of your device will be stored anonymously.
